• Emails you send us: if you contact us, we keep the messages to help you.
• Website and advertising data: we may use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and basic website analytics, to understand visits, measure our ads and show relevant ads. These tools may collect your IP address, device and browser information, and pages visited.

How we use it

• To deliver your purchase, send receipts and provide support and refunds.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Meta (advertising measurement), and our email provider. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

We keep order records as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes, and other information only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
